WHY SHOULD WOMEN WORK👩‍💻

In current times, this is a very important topic of discussion in our country.

 While the majority of the people in India believe that women should stay at home and look after the household, there is a growing section of people who feel that they should pursue their professional careers along with their household responsibilities.

Just as men have a right to pursue their careers and fulfill their aspirations, women also have an equal right to do so.We cannot just forfeit the right of women who wish to go out and work instead of being confined to the household.

Earning one's own money gives a strong sense of personal satisfaction to many and hence they must be allowed to do so irrespective of gender.

In today's age of high standard of living and rising expenses, many households cannot just survive on the income of the men. It is essential for the women to also work and contribute to the family income.

Many women pursue higher studies and are highly educated. What is the point of educating girls if they are not allowed to work? In that case, the resources spent on the girl's entire education go down the drain.

 In fact, there are many jobs where women excel far better than men. Kiran Bedi, Indra Nooyi, Chanda Kochhar are just a few examples of successful women.
